Step 2: Receive and accept your offer.

Once one of our team members has viewed your home, they will send you an offer. This offer will take into consideration the location, condition, and fair market value of your home.  You will receive an all cash, fair market offer within 24 hours. 

Step 3: Head to closing and get your check.

After you accept the offer, our team members will send everything to the title company. We can close as soon as the title is cleared.  This usually takes about three weeks, anyone who tells you otherwise might not be being honest with you.  (It takes 3 weeks on average because it usually takes that long for MSD to inform the title company of any outstanding bills that need to be paid.)
